Vintage Gillette “Super Slim Twist” safety razor

This vintage Gillette safety razor is called a “Super Slim Twist”, as it came after the “Slim Twist” and boasts a finer handle

This razor has a butterfly opening (also called TTO for Turn To Open) : you unscrew the ring under the head to open and close the razor. So no loose parts! The shave is smooth and easy, both for the beard and the body.

It weighs 39 grams and measures 10.9 cm. Date code: P1 (so it dates from 1970). Made in Germany.
