The time I need to process an order varies, but usually takes less than three days. Darwin is run by just one person (yours truly), alongside my professional activity. If you have been able to add a product to the basket, it is either in stock or I have the necessary elements to prepare it.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the products. The basket automatically calculates the shipping costs. Please note: if you are not logged in to your account, the basket cannot know your destination country and therefore indicates the default prices, i.e. delivery in mainland France.
Tracking your order
All our shipments have a tracking number. Our shipments are sent with the french Post (La Poste : Delivengo under 2kg / Colissimo above 2kg).
Customs and import taxes
Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Returns and exchanges
A cancellation can be requested as long as the order is not shipped, the refund will be done quickly. After shipment, you may refuse the package for return free of charge, and the order will be refunded upon receipt of the return.
I do not accept returns or exchanges for items marked “vintage”, personalised products (e.g. leather cases with custom embossing) and unsealed cosmetics (for hygienic reasons). Items that can be returned must be new, complete and unopened.
