This safety razor is in good condition for its age. It is a beautiful vintage model, one-piece with butterfly, reference N°58, made in England (1950s).
The Gillette 58 razor is a sort of link between the Aristocrats and the Rocket HD.
The razor is presented in a red box (good overall condition, slightly stained). The razor opens and closes well, the plating is very good. The razor head is slightly weakened, the guard plate is slightly loose from the handle. It is straight, but if it takes a blow it can move. You can put it back in place by hand. In any case, when the razor is closed, all is well and it can shave impeccably. The price takes this defect into consideration.
This razor accepts standard safety blades.
