Vintage J.A. Henckels Solingen razor, made in Germany in Solingen for the French market, silver-plated brass model with long screw and open comb. It has a guilloche handle and a leather travel case, complete with its accessories. The set is marked :

The plating has a few stains but nothing serious (the silver plating is impeccable, it’s the surface varnish that has a few marks, I think it’s only been used a few times!) It uses standard double-edged safety blades.
This magnificent travel set includes :
- Double-edged razor
- Ivory-imitation resin shaving brush in tube, genuine badger hair
- 2 assorted blade banks, in excellent condition
- One stick of shaving soap (used) in the second tube
- A folding mirror in the flap
- Leather case (marked with initials C.H.T.) and red velvet: the leather hinge of the case is unfortunately torn, so the case is in two parts, see pictures.
The overall is in good condition and presents really great, see photos.
