Vintage Gillette butterfly safety razor. This is a “G1000” model, descendant of the Slim Twist range, it is the last butterfly razor made by Gillette. Made in the UK for the European market.
Code I4 under the head = manufactured in 1988.
Extremely soft on the face, it is perfect for beginners and for woman’s shaving. One-piece system: turn the knob at the top of the handle to open the head and slide in a double-edged safety blade (standard size !). Close it the other way round and you are ready to go!
This razor is in excellent condition. It measures 11.2 cm and weighs 33 g.
