This vintage safety razor uses single-edged hoe-type / wedge razor blades (forged blades, similar to those found on straight razors). Manufactured in Germany around the 1900s, this PANTER model is marked “American Model” because it was inspired by Kampfe”s Star razor.
The razor is in good condition, it is still sturdy and functional. No blade included. The razor has apparently been stripped of its plating and re-plated; it has a matt finish.
Razor is 8,1 cm long and weighs 26 g.
