This old Essor CSCF safety razor was made in France. It is in generally good condition, the plating is a little marked / dented on the cap, and lightly worn on the clamping ring. The case is also in good user-grade condition. It opens on the small side, which is quite uncommon.
This is a nice large model, 3-piece with long screw and open comb, all metal. This razor uses standard double-edged safety blades. The razor weighs 77 g and measures 8 cm.
The razor’s cap and body are made of chrome-plated metal, and the clamping ring is made of silver-plated brass.
