This nice little item is NOS (New Old Stock), was produced in the 1970s ! Should still be usable, as they are not all dried out. It is meant to be used on a leather strop, to hone your straight razor.
Some pastes are wrapped in film, some have brownish stains, but I believe they can still work. Price is for one tube, many available.
